In-house counselling
For clients, who want intensive legal support for a short or long term in their business, Le Neu advocaten offers in-house counselling.
You will have access to an experienced counsellor who will be entirely at your disposal for 4 or 8 hours per day at your office. These services are provided based on a daily fee of 750.00 EUR excluding VAT, which allows you to know what it will cost ahead of time.
The services provided are numerous:
General legal support in the field of trade law, company law, and contract law:
- screening agreements
- editing agreements
- counsel during legal discussions, editing deeds of protest, letters, etc.
Project-based counsel:
- counsel during negotiations
- guidance in projects
